Default Urgent Electrical Problem (Video Inside)

Okay so I have a 92 cx hatch with a swapped D16Z6 in it. I got home about twenty minutes ago and went to shut off my car.. it didnt shut off.

Breaking it down
Took key out - motor stayed on, radio turned off
Put key back in - motor still on, radio turned back on, dinging noise came on like when you turn the key (normal)
Took key out again - motor stayed on, radio turned off, car idled higher
Put key in and stalled the car on purpose - motor turns off, dash lights go nuts.

I have a video of what happens when i start it now and shut it off.

I did lose my keys last week and have been using a badly cut copy so i have to shake it a little bit to get it to start.. can that hurt the ignition?
