Skunk 2 shifter problem
I grabbed my dual bend shifter out of my del sol and put it into my eg hatch. My problem is that the shifter is really hard to put into gear. It takes alot of effort to shift the gears why would this be? I had no problem in the Del, but now its a pain in the ***. Whats the deal?

Re: Skunk 2 shifter problem (MurdersV8s)
You probably tightened the bolt going through the shifter and the linkage too much. Loosen it up a bit and put anti-seize lube everywhere.

Re: Skunk 2 shifter problem (slowdaintegra)
now it seems like the base of the shifter is hitting my exhaust pipe. What the hell did I do? How do I fix that problem it's really freaking annoying.
