Default help with swap please.

Ok i got finished with my swap last night b16a3 into a 95 civic ex.
it started up fine but sounds like the timing is off or something, so i checked the CEL's and it was only throwing code 3 (map sensor) so i put in a KNOWN GOOD map sensor and it still threw it so i plugged in the ecu that came with the swap, my car has a p28 sotck so it will run the b16 fine, but anyways i plugged in that ecu and check the codes but the check engine light stayed lit and the idling still sounded weird, so i put the p28 back in and rechecked the cel and the check engine light still stayed on. so what could be my problem here? BOTH of the map sensors are good well i know mine is and the one that came on the b16 was suposedly good. and i dont have an intake for the car at the time (stock d16 one wont fit on the b16 TB and the b16 didnt come with an intake.) could that be throwing off the map sensor? well i hope i can figure this out soon. thanks in advance

the CEL was solid correct, not blinking @ all then your ecu is bad or did you still have the little plug jumped? if the plug is jumped and you have no CEL's it will stay lite

if your still getting a map sensor code after swaping in a known good part, i'd check the wiring on the b16 harness to make sure you don't have a short or cut wire somewhere. i take it the engine harness came with the motor?

it idles between 700-1000 but the main problem is it sounds kinda rough/misfiring. i took out the plugs they were pretty black so i cleaned em off and tried again but it stayed the same, motor cranks up fine and everything, so where should i start looking, the injectors?
