just trying to keep **** accurate. they are heavy so 10lbs dosent make much of a diffrence, but it does when you are shpping them lol

samething happened to my friend and i. we were trying to up a b16 tranny ona b17 but it would do completely down. we got pissed the f off. but we rebolt the clutch and **** and made it straighter. it went right in. id say you better get a clutch straightner thing.

Just make sure that you have the clutch alignment tool in there straight when you tighten the pressure plate and stuff together. Make sure you don't let the tranny hang from the input shaft on the clutch plate you will ruin your brand new clutch.

It is more likly you will bend the imput shaft not the clutch disc.

your best bet is using two people. like they said, one to hold and the other to guide. worked for me when i had to replace a rear main seal. good luck though.
