Default Help! VSS removal

I just changed out my clutch and I need to add trans fluid. My fill plug is completly striped and not coming off. I read that fluid can be added through the vehicle speed sensor. I have the three bolts off and its unpluged. I cannott seem to get the sensor out of the trans. Help would be greatly appreciated. I already broke off one of the bolt tabs from the sensor. I have a 95 dx couple 1.5 non vtech

non VTEC u mean

an theres only one bolt that holds the VSS in, its the goofy lookin long 10mm bolt on the top left... once thats out u just need to put some elbow grease into it, but dont pull it out by the harness unless u have some spare pins laying around with a VSS diagram lol.. Just pull that bitch an it will come out... It helps to turn it left an right while pulling upwards...

Get a small pick and pry on it easily, don't just start smashing it. Give it force and be gentle ya dig?

u mean don't start smashing it until your 30 minutes into the job an its still not coming out.. than u smash anything available to be smashed an u say every swear word you've heard... than give it another shot after that, usually does the trick for me...

you could also fill it up at the breather tube, a slow process though.
