good cam for d16z6?
whats a good cam for the d16z6??
i was looking at zex.
what other brands are out there? i heard skunk2 will be making one soon...
can you use your stock valvetrain w/the zex cam????? hows the idle
any other suggestions out there

I'd go with GUDE,
but a friend of mine went to WEB cams and they built him a cam for his specific desire. He told them he didn't want to loose any botom end torque, but want it to pull like crazy high in the rpms.....and thats what he got. Pretty cool I think.

Depends on how much more lift and how far your extending the rpms, in most cases though, it's generally safe to go with stiffer springs and stronger retainers.
