what is a good cam to go with a d16z6??
i already have i-h-e. i want to get a cam and cam gear and i want to keep stock idle. thanks

I just had the Zex Cam with an AEM Cam Gear installed in my D16Z6, the gear is still at 0, but it makes a big difference, prolly just as much and bolting on intake/header/exhaust...go for it

are zex and web cams regrinds?? and how much did the cam cost you, how much was installation, how much was the valve adjusmments and how much did it cost you for the valvesprings?? bottomline..he he..how much all together..?

I see no one mentioned Gude, i haven't heard any pros or cans on the Gude but i know they make a cam for the z6 motor. Good luck and Enjoy
