zex 59300, crower st 2, skunk2 st 1. upgrading valvespring at a minimum is reccommended

most mild/stage1 cams are good to use with stock valvetrain. Anything more aggressive and you should go ahead and upgrade.

theres an inverse relationship between how aggressive a cam is and how streetable the idle is.......

i'm running the zex 59300 cam in my y8 right now without upgraded valve springs. It seems fine, but I'm gonna upgrade my springs as soon as possible.
