i have heard alot of good things about the zex cams try the 59300 its working good for alot of people. And for valve train i love ferrara stuff just my choice all the high quality stuff is good s2 supertech ferrara those are my top three they should all work good for you.
For your timming if you put just valve train your fine no changes needed. If you put a new cam in you need to retune your car to see any benifits of the cam. good luck

Supertech Performance has D16Z6 valvesprings and retainers. Thats what we use in all our D16 builds. Good stuff.
i have heard good things about ferrara... but if i get a cam will i have to upgrade internals because i heard the rods and pistons are only good up to about 240 and im trying to push for 10psi out of my t3/t4 hybrid... im getting a tune and a hondata s300 with p28 tomorrow and gettin 750cc injectors with a 255 fuel pump.
basically... do i need sleeves, rods, pistons, etc...??? lol

I have heard nothing but good things from FJT and would consider talking to him and ask him some questions about his packages

The rods and pistons are rated to 240, but most of the time even less than that will cause failure. Usually the first thing to go will be either the rings or the ring lands. If your gonna have everything apart, id do atleast pistons and rods. Replace the weakest points of the motor. Your valve train will last longer stock than your bottom end will.
