2 yrs yet it still has useful info i was searching for a list like this for 3 hours...!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i will probably get docked points damn mods haha anywas i neeeeeeeeeded this information bad cuh my friend at the autoshop wants to help but said i need to get him a list lol

Hey... I am doing auto to 5 speed on a 98 civic ex 2 door and I have my 95 civic ex 2 door for a parts car. Any advice? Can I just use everything from my 95 on the 98 (except the interior center console piece?) Any advice would be great. Thanks!

you can use the tranny and shift linkages.
You will need the mounts for the tranny (side, rear, and torque), Manual ecu for your car, clutch/fywheel package for motor, tranny fluid...

quick questinon - the center console for the clutch shifter... whats the cleanest way to change from auto to the 5 speed one?
i have seen big holes cut in the section. I have also seen it replaced with a 5 speed center console?
what do you suggest?

hi i have 94 civic 4door.i just put a B18C5 motor in it.i did every thing 2 make it work.i just havent found out the wires i have 2 connect from the clutch peddle 2 where ever.please help me feger it out cause i cant smart the car.Thanx

just to add a tip...if u guys dont wanna run ugly lookn wires all the way to the tranny for the reverse lights u can find those same wires on the 14 pin engine harness plug on the driverside..if yur usdm that is...reason i did this is because i did a wire-tuck harness and didnt wana place any more wires in the bay..its #12 (yellow) and # 13 (green/black) on the plug..

my cel scanner reads error after doing this conversion. D and 2 is lite on the auto cluster. but everything else works. my parts are 96 d16y8 engine, manual tranny, engine wire harnes and ecu, the car is a 99 civic 4door. anyone know why this is happening? car starts n runs fine. still putting it together n doing other things so never ran it on the road yet.

ok... i want to swap my 92 integra RS auto tranny to a 5 speed
i have two integras
1.(white)1992 acura integra RS b18a1 w/auto, (the one i want to swap out)
2.(black) 1992 acura integra RS b18a1 with ys1 5 speed cable tranny.(Donor)
the ys1 i have is a hybrid setup...its not a normal YS1---just the casing. I got an S80 from a friend and swapped the all the internals allong with the LSD ,(some hard modifications to fit it)and it works amazingly welland worth the time and effort...its setup like a cable tranny... no need to add the hydrallic system...i dont need it...skip all that...
i have the whole entire car, but i do want to replace the flywheel and clutch.
with a 7lbs flywheel and stage one clutch and the manual integra was wrecked pretty bad, and the entire suspention is completely wore out along with the axles. my auto already has new shocks,and racing axles up to 350 - 400 whp i think, but the auto does not have the hole for the clutch cable in the firewall can that be drilled out? will i need new engin/tranny mounts or will the one from my 5 speed integra work, i plan on getting new ones still though.
how many problems will i may encounter if i have the exact same car year and model, i have both 5-speed and an auto but want to swap the auto with the 5 speed cuz the integra with the automatic is in excellent shape. the 5 speed it wrecked, and the auto also has a newer built NA hi-rev motor but is useless with the auto tranny, the tranny computer will not let it rev past 6800 rpm,

I've an EK3 1.5 exi A/T.I bought a complete front cut of EG6/9 M/T with everything needed to make the swap.Are there any mods concerning bracket and mounting for the transmission?Shall i be facing other problems while swapping?

hi can any one help????11!!!!!!.....did a auto to manual conversion on my ek......d16y7 sohc. did all the wiring, at shifter thingy but car won't start..theres no spark from my distributor and I've switched it out but still no luck i also have the 3 wire iacv does it matter, what about my sensor on top of the tranny?
