Default ARP Head Studs

Im using ARP headstuds when i put my b16 head back on, is it needed to but the arp moly lube on the threads that go into the block or only the threads that the nuts go on? also should i torque to 80 like the paper says?

Might as well do it, I did. It wouldn't hurt to put the lube on both. And yes, torque the nuts to exactly what the instructions say.

Make sure you clean the threads out before you put the studs in. Any debris in the way will give you inaccurate torque readings. I've always put the moly lube on where the nuts/washers go on the studs.

no lube on the block threads at all
they go in dry ..hand tight

make sure your block holes are clean
