Default Arp head studs

I need the correct torque specs and install for the Arp head studs for my 95 gsr. oh and I'm using the arp lube. I searched for the correct torque specs but different numbers ranging from 65 to 80lbs. Then when installing the head studs do you hand tighten down first or torque them down?

hand tighten the studs down in the block and make sure they are all even..ARP wants u to clean the inner threads in the block so it makes hand tightening it easier..make sure u lube all the treads on the stud, nuts, and washer...tq them in a 3 step process to 65 (25,45,65)..
