Here's my EK. It's on 195/50 tires. Soon to be 195/45. I dropped the preload and they are all the way down obviously. Still not happy with the height.

no...i thought you werent suppose to mess with the preload..???

even without messing with the preload...the car should go low enough that its practically un-driveable...i have the fronts with plenty of room to go and already tucking about 1 1/2 fingers...the rear is about a finger...

this is why people have problems with these coilovers. They aren't designed to work properly this low. A custom suspension should be used to be insanely slammed.

Does f&f support ITR rear LCA's? Usually the rear coilovers for a 94 teg are forks, but you can only fit the eye style. Does anybody know info on this please?

Hey guys I recently bought a 01 em2. I REALLY need to get some coil overs for it and I don't wanna break the bank. I've heard alot about function form coil overs and I can't find type 1's for the year of my car. They make the Type 2's in the right year but I don't think I really need to have those and would rather have type 1's if possible. Do any of you guys know if I can get the type 1's and have them fit on my car or do I need to bite the bullet and either get type 2's or look into a different brand?
any advice is much appreciated!! thanks

If you are going to just daily it, I think the type 1 is good enough. Check 1320performancestore.com. They might have them for your vehicle. They are also priced very fairly.

Here is my sedan on type 1's. I have been daily driving this for about 4 months and it rides pretty well for being so low.
There is probably an inch left in front adjustment and the rears would let it go even lower.

Hey guys, I have had type II's for about 2 months now and my rear coilover bushing went out on me so they sent me a new lower mount. Question is, will I have to remove the whole rear coilover to put the new lower mount on or will I be able to just take the lower mount off alone and put the new one back in?

probably would be easier if you did remove the whole thing.

on another note..i slammed my 99 civic sedan yesterday on these without messing with the pre-load....i can honestly say i like these better than my GC/koni yellow setup i had on my DB I still have more room if i wanted to go lower

my camera phone is broken so it only takes pics in negative mode..lol...ill get better ones up soon after she gets painted
