Never Lift - Adjusting the perches will loosen the springs which is your pre-load. If you do this your car will ride like shiet. Keep the two perches locked together and the little gold perch is supposed to be loose in order for you to shorten the shock body. The shorter your coilovers are, the lower your car will be.

So I swapped my coilover from the pass side to the driver side...
now the driver side makes the noise, guess its ****ed...checked ball joints, alll bushings and they were all good....just the coil is messed up i guess, its not as loud now but still makes it, never buying f2 products again.

Just read this on their warranty info on their website

"Noises including but not limited to creaks, squeeks, and/or clunks are not covered by warranty. Noises are not valid warranty issues."

LOL wow...what a joke

picked up my car from the shop earlier today -11ish and drove straight to work. rides smoother then what i was rolling on before (blown shocks and nrg coilovers). i say the ride is comparable to my friends gsr w/ 100k mile stock shocks and fresh skunk2 coilovers.

quick question though. does the ride comfort remain the same no matter how low you go since ride height is adjusted from the shock mount and not the spring perch?

i'll have pictures up after i slam it. got a ticket about 2 weeks ago for my car being to low -gotta go get it check off.

btw, i got my type-ones from 1320performance store here in elk grove, ca. $603.XX out the door!

ride comfort stays pretty much the same until u start hitting the upper control arms against the shock towers. You gotta consider that you have less travel as you go lower.

i would give the shocks a month before you spin them all the way down. the shocks settle in. i have purchased the type ones several times and they all eventually sag a little lower (good for me)

I like the stance on that TSX, only if the rims were a different color or the bronze that comes in the TE37s
