Are you looking to get Function and Form coilovers? i've heard plenty of bad things about skunk2 coilovers, let alone their sleeves on stock shocks.

Besides that, going for a "drag look" is also called rake, and looks retarded.

Type II's will soon have the option to upgrade to Eibach Springs =D Whoever was at EIBACH this year should have seen a few sets at vendor tables!

holy sht really? i didnt see them lol. but what would be the diff? i mean how can an eibach spring differ from whatever spring they have right now if theyre both the same spring rate? do springs lose their stiffness, corrode etc? or is it just a way to get more $$

the car feels awesome with the type 2's , handles very confidently esp. paired with the 24mm asr rear sway bar but i was disappointed with how low they go. im all the way down and still preloaded and the front barely tucks the tire. i guess you have to mess with preload in order to get real low. i have a 99 civic si btw.

Thanks guys. The only reason I'm not going lower at the moment is because I don't have a camber kit and so if I go lower I will have really nasty camber and it isn't adjustable. You need a camber kit to adjust camber and so with that said I'll go lower once I get a camber kit but it won't be soon. Honestly I could probably go another 3 inches lower at least maybe even 4. That would be like an inch away from tucking tire lol. I think that these go low, I believe some of the guys out there are looking for crazy low **** and I mean, is mudguard touching the ground not low enough?

Have you guys seen the Type Two.5s? Pretty sick!

The Type Two.5 takes our popular Type Two adjustable suspension to the next level. Using lightweight EIBACH ERS MOTORSPORTS springs we have improved on an already solid platform. For the customer that wants to enjoy occasional track days, autocross events, or spirited driving the Type Two.5 was developed for you. One of the first benefits of the EIBACH ERS MOTORSPORTS spring on the TYPE TWO.5 is the reduced unsprung mass due to their lightweight construction. In performance applications, saving weight is always an advantage. Another major benefit of the EIBACH ERS MOTORSPORTS spring is their guaranteed spring rate consistancy within %2 . This is a very important factor for the customer that wants to dial in his or her set up precisely to shave down that precious lap time. For the first time in 2 years the Type Two.5 will offer custom spring rate options. You can select from 12kg, 10kg, or 8kg for the front or rear, tailoring the system to your needs.

The Type Two.5 is currently available for the 99-09 Honda S2000, 88-01 Honda Civic, 90-01 Acura Integra, 90-07 Honda Accord, 04-08 Acura TSX, and 92-01 Honda Prelude with more applications coming soon!!

^ Picking up a set of Eibach ERS from them to upgrade my new version Type II's - you can too if you have them! Custom spring rate and Eibach ERS... totally nice move on their part!

So these aren't made specifically for the F&F coilover?

I would rather have better shocks than better springs.

I recently found out about their type 2.5 which uses the eibach springs; I might have to upgrade soon since I need way stiffer spring rates. I'm still using the old school type 1's which are 32 way adjustable on my track car....been going strong for the past 4 yrs:

i love the fact that u can get custom spring rates and use them on the f&f does anyone kno wat the size of the spring is on the type 1? caz my work is a dealer for eibach so i can get them cheap, but theres just too much selection out there from eibach in the catalog. if no one answers ill just measure them this weekend.

They mentioned in the previous posts that you can't use the Eibach springs with the Type 1's. Only the Type 2's can be swapped.
