Hahaha my radio went out. I just listened to my ipod! but you should be fine! it so awsome there. Sucky thing was is that it rained on the way to IA so the first day it was humid and s0o0o hot!
Yep, the stereo was stolen a long while back and I never replaced it. I basically just drive 11 miles to work, then home so it's no biggy. I'd rather have an iPod if I'm going to spend the money.
I used it for years because all I listen to is XM.
Because I campaigned to add a Paint/Body forum on HT, they chose me to moderate it even though I know very little about P/B. It'd be nice to have a pro in there doing some hands on stuff.
I had thought about taking alot of pictures and adding them to the How to I did in the Paint/body section but I kinda got alittle pissed at HT for awhile there. I actually never go to the paint/body section anymore. I figured it would still be full of the same kind of questions even after I typed that loooooong how to up.
I just dont know which crx I will bring...the white dd or the swapped one...
Sweet. I'm actually free that weekend! Don't get too jealous if I can get my a/c to work before then

Cant believe it. This whole time I thought my diff was busted. Well I finally got around to working on it. Started to take the passenger side axle out and I noticed it wasnt into the transmision all the way. Well I still went ahead and pulled them out...Looked into the diff hole and SURPRISE..the diff isnt busted. Diff pin and all the gears look fine. BUT the passenger side axles teeth are rounded off on the end. I think that when I put the axles in(along time ago) that I didnt put it in all the way. Caused it to round the teeth....
I looked in the diff and the teeth and everything looks fine. Alittle bit of metal shavings in there from the axle teeth, but everything looked good. Soooooooooooo should I still go with taking the tranny out, and check everything. Or should I just pop another axle in there and see if she runs?

That all depends if you want it to last long, then I would take it out and check. But another way is just stick another axle in and do a tranny flush to get the shavings out and hope for god.
is there any real way to drown out the sound of the motor??
every since i put the b16 in there I can hardly hear my radio of the engine reving.
vibration is not really there is just the motor running that kills me

Thats what someone else mentioned...a tranny flush. Those things work pretty good. I mean its really not ALOT of shavings...it just rounded the edges of the axle from the little clip back. I am goign to try to stick some kind of magnet in there and try to get some of it out. I sure hope this works...looks like I bought that b16 tranny for nothing now..haha.
Do you have holes in your firewall or something. You could always take all your interior out and put sound deadning pad down. Then reinstall....Works pretty good. Plus keeps your car colder in the summer back keeping exhaust/motor heat out of the cab.
