No, its the mugen sides + flares and j's front. One either need to rock purely mugen, or J's + oem (or xenon) sides. Its just like how an ef8 front looks great on a crx, but add mugen sides it get weird.
people are negative about all kinds of stuff on h-t...
I miss the old thread, when everybody pretty much knew each other. OldHonda, Nick, Rywire, Fobtions, Adam, CRXUno, Wes V, Kyle with the white EF, Carlos from Emo Mob, Randy, the list goes on on, I guess some of us have just been on her too long, LOL!
I'm so jealous! I want a J's bumper just to hold onto until i add a 3rd EF to the collection and get a CRX
More pics!

As for the EF8 with the Mugen sides and J's front, I'd have to agree, it just doesn't look right, IMO...
Its the wheels, amber corners, and cheap paint that make that crx look terrible. Also, I dont know whats up with that curve on the corner of the j's bumper, but I hate that as well. The front shot of the unpainted one earlier looks pretty cool, but this one looks like the dude cut a semi-circle out of the corner...
Got my birthday present a day early :p Got these to see how they look, Kinda dig how the CF looks with the chrome trim ring, problem is, they are poor quality. The cutout is completely shitty compared to the stainless one, doesn't fit properly, gas/temp circles are too small, really pissed about it, hopefully I can get my money back for it though. What do you guys think?...

.nick, i've got a PERFECT idea for you!
paint the whole bumper, let it sit for a few weeks to harden, then...
go to a good vinyl/sticker place, or go online (we got ours online) and buy some satin black vinyl. we did this for the "mouldings" on our crx (fiberglass doors, bumper trim, etc). so much better than just taping fake lines on it, and the paint wont flake off on the taped edge, etc.
heres the link to the article...it looks great, you'll be in good shape doing it this way.

Quoting again because I love the look of tucked d-series motors. Looks great man.
I'm taking both bumpers to the only body shop guy I know (Sonny at Franklin Auto Body) to have him take a stab at it. He's really good so we'll see. If I don't like the way it looks, the entire car is getting vinyl wrapped in a different color. I also need Sonny to cut my fenders the way the J's car is.
Can't use 22 and old in the same sentence. What I wouldn't give to be 22 again...in my senior year of college...getting more *** than a toilet seat.
And I can't find the pictures, but I think Jason Powers (dude with the silver CRX, shaved bay, itbs, etc.) has the SPOON GSR cluster in his CRX. It actually fits cleanly under the 90-91 cluster covers.
