While that does work, the OEM route/cleanest way would be to locate a jdm coolant reservoir. For some odd reason, they aren't the easiest to source and even some people aren't aware of their existence, or so Ive been told when they see mine.

I would be using a skunk2 pro intake mani as well.
When changing over to the itr cams in a gsr is it a good idea/necessary to do springs and retainers too?

I read a little bit about it on ht and from what I gather you need double valve springs. The gsr already has dual intake valve springs. They also say not to rev it past the stock limit. My guess is that the reason people only do the intake cam swap is because of the single valve springs on the exhaust side...

But would the gains be worth it? I would say, you should pull out the secondary butterfly valves in the manifold. See what your gains are, and go from there.

Not absolutely necessary but it is recommended. If you plan to keep your rev limit to 8200 then you are OK with the stock valvetrain. A higher redline will, without a doubt require the ITR valvetrain.

And to answer the question as to why most only do the intake cam swap...they do it because thats where most of the difference is, as well as save $$. Nowadays though, CTR/ITR cams arent as expensive as they once were and availability is much better.

you could also extend the line and mount the overflow bottle where the charcoal canister is/was

it's there --------------^ in the quick reply box - Mountain range icon.

Hey now a question, I think I just may have had a senior moment or something - but I always thought that Sparco made a bracket (seat) for the 89 civic. And hence always wondered why people made such a big deal about mounting a seat in an 89.

Am I wrong? Because I no longer see one on the Sparco website. However I do see for a 88-89 CRX, can I use that? I obviously have no idea.

Oh and what do you guys think is a fair price to sell a Sparco seat (drivers side) bracket for - for 91 CRX? And aluminum Sparco Side Mounts?

http://www.hondamarketplace.com/show....php?t=2450443

I will adjust prices if it is too far out of line. AND *shameless pitch* I have a set of TEIN Basics for a 97 Acura CL 3.0 that will also fit the same year/style Accord.

Does anyone know how to refinish old and dirty mud flaps? i might be able to get a set from the junkyard, but they aren't in the greatest shape...
