Yep. And a few random other things here and there.
I just messed up my oil pan last week since the roads out here have 2 ft high bumps. The bump striped the pan where the drain bolt goes.
I'll have another pan tomorrow hopefully then I can drive it to my friend's lift and put the clutch in along with the lcas and lower tie bar.

new parts ftw.

on a technical note, how important is the front lower radiator support?
Mine is hacked up so I'm debating removing it and replacing it with a single tube as I'll have a FR traction bar to hold the radiator.

Great News guys. Our EF's are now classic cars thanks to the 2011 new year. Which mean more value for our cars. No more mileage count for value.

Heres the website where I got the values from.

I had a similar problem with the Full Race bar.. it sits really tight. I dont like the idea of just cutting it out.. it does support the T-bar that hold the hood latch. I just measured and cut out what I needed.. than I went back and welded everything back together.. Half rad fits perfect.

Hope the pics help.

That's exactly what I did to accommodate my half size radiator. Just need to fab up a mount for it down there bright now it's using my innovative crossmember's mount, but if/when I go back to a stock unit, it won't have a mount. It will just rest on the x-member

they actually fixed this issue btw. the fullrace bar and rad i baught from them last year went in with no issues. i think they just moved the tabs on the radiator back about .5". i remember seeing you post this just before i got mine and i was ready to start triming that crossmember but it all fit fine.

The owner is super cool, takes about 2 weeks.
Remember these aren't spacers, but adapters, there is a huge difference.

So I have 89' Civic Hatch w/ 70k on rebuilt motor, 270,000 on chassis, w/(300 miles)on FF Coilovers, almost mint 1990 ef seats front and back, 8-10 full interior complete and original, original paint 7-10, Wedsports with new tires, Working AC, Heater, even though there is a lot of mileage on the chassis it's still very clean for the year, Thule roof-rack. Basically the car is stock and runs super good, smooth. I haven't seen a 89 as clean as mine in a long time with original stuff. And would come with LS Mesh, and J-Speed iii's as well + stock suspension with the sale. California car. What do you guys think is a fair asking price now?

lol. Its all about what kind of buyer you find and what he's willing to spend. Forget those value statistics.

Understood. I've sold a few cars in my day. I understand that a car is only worth what someone will pay. I guess what I was asking is what is a good starting point. I know clean 89's a super hard to find, especially mostly stock ones. I just wanted some opinions. Thanks.
