Anyone know if theres a rule of thumb on how to go about choosing the right spring rates four your setup? i.e weight of the car?

That person is trying way way to hard. I mean he is going to get what he wants... His 15 minutes of fame, but if that person steps back and is proud of that car then all I can say is wow.

I love both lol. Whatever I get I just want to subtly improve. new wheels, lowered, random nice body pieces

How'd you know it needed work!?

Yeah I'm excited about the bike! Friend of mine is way too tall for it, so he's letting it go cheap!

I just watched a motorweek review on the VR-4 for lulz....0-60 in 6.5 Seconds!!! SO QUICK.

Thanks for the advice guys!
Yeah Fizik saddles are nice. It's a great deal for you. I hope you enjoy cycling as much as I do.

VR-4 will be a fun car too. If I had one, I would keep the stock wheels, and build it to about 500hp, and just have a sweet sleeper.

Hotsauce, I wish I could turn back time. I just threw out an entire crossmember with the LCAs attached about 3 months ago. Sorry bro.

Good to have friends you can trust.

My inspection and registration expired in April and I just got the car back and had to get a 10 day pass to get everything taken care of, but it expires on Sunday and I have a hard time taking off work. Friend of mine volunteered to take my car to get inspected and another friend rode with him so they could use his employee discount at Autozone to get me another battery. I got a text from another friend of mine asking if I let someone drive my car b/c he’s tailing it. I told him the story and he was like ok, don’t need your car to get stolen when you just got it back.

Yes, great to have good friends.

LHT is local. They do some awesome stuff. K swapped insight and now the k-rz.

as far as dumping on the PIC's coilovers. They probably wont go as low as you would like. I had mine lowered all the way in the front while retaining preload on my ek coupe and it sat perfect as far as a functional setup.

I didn't want to go any lower than that though. My downpipe was already only 2 inches off the ground. But if you want the slammed fad look, these probably wont suite your taste.

I've yet to install them on my EF, but I can find out how low they go once I do get them on there.

And as far as spring rates go, I looked on their site the other day. They're being offered as their Race2 setup, 10kF, 14kR. I have 12/14 which is what I also ran on my coupe. It was nice to easily adjust the rear end and roughly dial in oversteer.

With our chassis being so light, I don't think that would be a problem with those rates. I'm only familiar with the subject though.

I went with re-valved koni's (SPS33) and GC's because every Honda Challenge racer I know runs them

also running koni/gc, except mine are just the koni sp3 and 450f/400r spring rates. havnt decided yet but i may order another set for my hatch, with the revalved koni and also some stiffer spring rates, and then ill just swap my old setup to my crx.
