your car would look great with either! but very sinister with black though... you got a black hood and black trim on a crx... and easier to hide the brake dust. yeah, we had a few of their lugnuts at my dealership. light and cheap. i've seen the wheels in person at streets of willow. they were selling for WAAAAY too cheap to repeat... the only problem was that they didnt have honda sizes that day.

i already blabbed to ryan. but he sorta knew from what you said in his thread on NWP. oops!

are you thinking 225s all around on 8s? or should i try to start out with 205s? im going to roll the fenders regardless but im worried that 225s just wont fit without cutting or fender flares.

i know its a beater... but, id still like it to be a little clean.

Are you sure you don't want to run some 195s on those 8" wide wheels like the cool kids? While you're at it, remove collars and perches, chop your folks, slam it to the ground, destroy your ***** joints, flatten your exhaust and smash multiple oil pans. Then you'll be a cool kid.

they're cheaper than RPF1s, have 2 valve stems for nitrogen fills, are 1" wider, and can get lightweight lug nuts for LESS money. does anyone know how much they weigh? that might be the kicker... if RPF1s are a lot lighter... i'll stick it out with them.
search noob

Are you sure they make that size? I know those tires come in 225/45/15's though. And fyi, those are street tires...not r*comps...so it looks like they'll be running street class.

i meant 225's

and yeah, they're running street class. its a fairly stock k20a. i think they are just shaking the car down and getting it wet for a future build.

Been away for a while.. California was heaven compared to NY, hope to make it back out there for good soon.

Nick- Thanks for the UCA bolts.

Pulled the hatch off my beater crx to fix some water leaks, pulled the tracks on the roof too.. all new seam sealer should do it. the old stuff was pretty cracked up. I cant seem to figure out how to disconnect the wires connecting the hatch to the body, any tips? cut and solder?

Streetwerkz- good to see you back in the EF world.. Still yet to bolt up that RRG lip/splitter I picked up from you.

The connector is clipped to the sheet metal next to the passenger tail light. Un-plug it there and pull it out with the hatch.

No, you get flares for the left side and he gets flares for the right side.

That's right...the 15x7's were 11.xx lbs. Either way, they are an inch wider so it's natural they'd be a bit heavier. Another wheel I've considered is the Enkei PF01. They come in 15x8 as well. Not as "tough" looking, but probably an outstanding wheel. I believe they're about $200/wheel as well.
