The Official EF Discussion Thread
ninja edit: Have you guys seen this video? http://wagonattack.com/ Cool ****! I need to go flog my rt4wd!!!
Nick: Have the company you bought the lift from install it for you. This way, IMO, its on them should anything fail. I had mine shipped and installed by a company "certified" by the manufacturer. Mine is a 2 post, which is one major reason I did not want to undertake it. I did however wire it up myself. BTW, dont overlook your concrete specs, although I imagine it isnt as critical with a 4 post.
Anyone got a good way of drying the carpet out during the winter? I don't have a garage, so keeping the windows down is not really an option...Dont have a heat gun either.
yea we had some rediculous rain last wednesday too! Glad I bought new wipers a couple weeks earlier! RainX helped too! I actually drove into a puddle not knowing how deep it was and it stopped my car and cut it off. Lucky I have been running a SRI and not my CAI. But it ran like *** after I started it back up to drive out of the puddle. It soaked the flywheel and clutch, so it was incredibly jerky/chattery. It wouldn't even grab really. The puddle came up to the middle of my door! I ahd no idea until it was too late. We got a good bit of rain today too. I'm sick of this! My interior still isnt dry from the damn puddle last week!

LOL, I use a blow dryer(we call em hair dryers in the south, LOL) on my dog, but I just didn't think it would get the job done quick enough for me to not get annoyed. I don't wanna sit in the car for 20 minutes drying the carpet, but it may have to come to that this weekend.
b16crxt- go to your local home depot(or similar) get this stuff called damp rid. Its used for sucking moisture out of the air and will keep working for a couple days.. mainly used in damp basements. you may want to hang both bags up to speed it up.
hope that helps.

I dunno about that. My girl has an 89 Si with no rear disks. And my buddy had like three rex's, all Si's, all 89-91, only one came with rear disks. I'm pretty sure it was just an option.
What I can only assume is that the 88 and early 89's have drums, and late 89 and 90, 91's had disk, probably changing from drum to disk at teh same time they changed the exterior. I remember seeing somewhere that they were standard on later years. I'm not positive though, I know my 91 had disks.
anybody wanna see the most gorgeously edited video about the least gorgeous EF ever?

Saw that video in another thread. BADASS!
All the 89-91s i'v seen all had rear disc.
weird... maybe.
only 90-91 had rear discs. it was a factory thing. The option was getting an si. Lets not forget people changed their crx around. So if u have an 89 with discs its prob a swap.

but it's supposed to rain this weekend
