FITV (fast idle thermal valve)...and what he said. take the two screws out and screw the plunger (looks like a white titty with gold nipple) and screw the two slots in. just adding to that man. just information for everyone.

basically it cleans your manifold, valves of all the build up in short. I'm not 100% sure on this but I think it will foul up the o2 sensor with all the build up so you might want ot remove it before hand or leave it in. I left mine in when I did it.

Yes, but i believe only the newer engines have it. Mine is a stock d16a6 and if i recall, when i rebuilt the engine, this doesn't work on my car because the valve isn't accessable. If i remember correctly, the rear has two ports on it, one open and the other with a screen mesh on it.

Btw, nice numbers and what is ursetup?

FITV or IACV I believe, this doesn't work on mine, i'll grab one and take a pic if i have one available.

this is it on the back of the intake manifold.

Supposidly the BG induction service is just like seafoam/cheveron with techron additive and GM top engine cleaner. I'll have to try that out and see what happens.

Yeah I just spoke with one of the tech @ my job. He said the BG service when done right and with the sprayer jet is better.
The BG service cleans the the intake, throttle body, injectors and carbon deposit on the valves. When you use the spray it cuts off your fuel supply and runs the car off the cleaner directly. Plus it comes with the cleaner you put in your gas tank as well.
