PLEASE!!! SOMEONE HELP ME.... I just bought a crx 1989 si for 400 blown motor in it. I knew it was too good to be true... That samw day I bought my friends ls motor swap out his wreaked crx and started to work on my swap. 3 days later everything in hooked up but the motor not turning over. I looked under the dash and it was a wiring nightmare! the previous owner put an alarm on it and cut a few wirings on the underdash harness. Is it a way I can repair all of those wirings or would it be best to just buy another cabin harness for my crx.

REPAIR IT. i'm pretty sure its not that bad. wiring in older cars like ours isn't that hard to figure out. just be patient. a bad alarm install won't force you to swap out any harnesses.

ok I am going to try to repair it... Is there a manual or book I can get that maybe can help me out with the repair process. I never did anything with electrical on a car, sometimes I look at it and it gives me a headache!

This page has tons of goodness.

I guess it's time to get it in gear for IA. I need to find some nicer door moldings since mine have a few dings and dents. I need to finish the headliner and get it installed. Gotta repaint the front lip. Most importantly, gotta figure out my fan problem if I'm going to make the 10 hour trip at the end of August. The temperature is sky rocketing if I sit in traffic and use the a/c.

okay, i'm having a problem and was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this? My idle blips when i come to a stop. Cars fully warmed up, no codes, as I come to a stop, not in gear, clutch pressed, my idle will drop to about 1k then go to 1.5k for about two seconds then drop back down to 1k... anyone have anything similiar happen to them?

Hey you guys I need your expertise. Ok so whenever the car warms up for a good 15 minutes it cuts off by itself. Whenever I have it in gear it drives fine. But when I come to a stop it idles funny then cuts off. Funny meaning like really low.
Note I have a ls motor but i cracked the intake manifold sensor. Can this be it someone told me it might be the main fuse relay?

Do you have a cold idle valve? if so clean it and screw the plunger back in
