I removed the silencer from my Buddy Club SpecII. I've lost my hearing and have been yelling all day. It's about as loud as my RR.

good gosh that v6 turbo, wonder how it drives. how heavy is that motor in comparison to a bseries?

and for the kturbo w/the long manifold

hmm, shielding anyone? not so much brake fluid but the actual MC melting! but so just dont make it ghetto, that would be so sick in a nicely overhauled ef!

but i can't stand the $ in only under the hood and a ratty ef, keep em clean guys

Help me out (I own a CRX) and tell me whats so JDm about it.

I bet you could go to CERT-A-FIT and get a new one for like a buck. Cause that one looks like hell.
The body work to fix that piece will cost more than its worth and double what you paid.

its JDM because it costs 3 times what it should. I believe the curve in the metal matches the jdm bumper, but vega will have to verify

I get it. FedEx trashed two of my SiR hoods. I'm still waiting on them to respond about the 2nd insurance claim, looks like they will be sending me a 3rd hood. I spoke to an owner of a body shop down the street that does about 150 cars a month. He told me it's be far easier/cheaper to replace it then have it fixed. I'm tempted to just buy a c/f SiR hood and have that painted because I am tired of FedEx's inability to ship anything without destroying it.

All question answered. For one this is an old picture i just posted to stay on topic.

You can't use a Cert-a-fit filler because it will not match with a jdm rear bumper. If you are getting the whole preped then it will be included in the price. If I had to replace and it was in the same condition then yeah it would cost $$

It only cost jdm price because people are willing to pay jdm price, but I didn't pay jdm price

yeah its the same for the front. If you put a ef9 front bumper on you will have a lil gap. I dunno, the rear and the front ef9 bumpers both stick out maybe a half a inch further then the us bumpers

trash the hood how??
my hood flew up on my while goig on the freeway and I had it fixed..but then again I was getting the whole car painted too . One shop told me to just get another hood... but the shop that painted my car said they'll take care of it. Just goes to show the world would suck without Mexicans j/k

Have you informed the place you are getting it from? It's all in packaging. When I bought my zc hood from hmotors they shipped it in a wooden crate.

I'm in contact with them. The first hood was simply wrapped in cardboard, the second was bubble wrapped, they added wood blocks on the hinge area, and put it in a bigger cardboard box.

This is the 2nd hood.

The big one in the middle is difficult to photograph, but it's a huge dent.

I may just ask for a refund and get it elsewhere. I really don't want to buy a c/f hood, I prefer OEM metal.

I prefer the metal as well. Steve at hmotors did not want to ship the hood to me unless I paid him extra for the crate. It was worth it, and it was wrapped in bubble wrap inside. I don't know how they can ship a hood in a cardboard box. Its like shipping a glass of water expecting it to get there full

Yep, it's covered in little dings that look like hail damage. I had pics of the first hood which was 10 times worse, but I can't find them right now. I may pay them to put it in a crate, we'll have to wait and see what FedEx does about round 2.
