so i picked up a dx hatch awhile back but i never got around to do anything to it. there's about 120k original miles on it. right now everything is firing and running well. other than that that i'm having some !!oil leakage!! there a little bit of oil in my second cylinder but i have no idea why since i'm a noob. also, there is no oil actually getting into the sparkplug.. just around it. anyone that has an idea help a brotha out.

also i live in the bay for anyone that can take a look at it. thnx!</TD></TR></TABLE>

I had the same problem from my sohc motor. Needed new valve cover gaskets. There was a lot of oil in my sparkplugs and it cause it to misfire at low rpm.

Haha, had the same problem with my B17a1, plugs were soaked in oil so I changed out most common service items. Have yet to drop it in yet and fire it up though

Alright, off Honduh-tech for a few weeks now that I have finished taking care of business. This forum is too distracting

Btw, do you go to UCI? ^

If anyone has more experience than I, and I'm sure there's plenty of you out there, please help me with this oil leak and help get another swapped ED on the road again. Thanks.

You don't even have to replace them. Just clean the sufaces really well, then put a thin layer of honda bond on them.

ALRIGHT NEW SUBJECT/CAR FIX

END RESULT:
BRAKES ARE SMOKING

TROUBLESHOOTING:
NONE YET BECAUSE I'M @ WORK

PROBLEM:
WHEN I DRIVE MY CAR FEEL RESISTANCE AGAINST WHEEL, LIKE I'M DRIVING WITH THE E-BRAKE ON. LAKING POWER. CAN NOT DRIVE OVER 65 MPH
WHEN ON INCLINE I DON'T NEED TO HOLD THE BRAKES.
WHEN COMING TO A STOP I DON'T NEED TO PRESS THE BRAKES
HEAR BRAKES SQUEELING WHILE DRIVING.
HARD BRAKE PEDEL

It happens because you keep using caps-lock. Either that or because they just get old and the grease/lube dries up and the heat causes them to swell up and seize.

Hopefully you didn't drive with it like that for too long and warped the rotor too.

CAPS LOCK MAKES MY CAR BREAK DOWN

I'M @ WORK AND HATE PUSHING UNLOCK AND LOCK EVERYTIME I SWITCH SCREENS.
SO COULD THIS ISSUE COME FROM ME NOT INSTALLING THE RUBBER SEALS RIGHT OR FROM WHAT I HAD THAT WHOLE QUESTION ABOUT WHAT GREASE TO USE.
I HAPPEN ON THURSDAY ON MY WAY HOME TO WORK. DROVE ON THE FREEWAY FOR ABOUT 7 MILES
THEN WHEN I DROVE THE CAR AGAIN TODAY I NOTICED IT WAS STILL OCCURING AND I DROVE IT ABOUT 5 MILES FREEWAY AND ABOUT 2 MILES STREET.
THE STEERING WHEEL STARTS TO SHAKE A LITTLE NOW WHEN I DRIVE SO MY ROTORS MAY HAVE ALREADY BEEN DAMAGED.
