Yeah, I doubt my tires would last more than 5,000 miles. At 50 treadwear they'll last about 8 track days or so (unshaved). The Nt-01's or Toyo RA-1's should last about 10 or 12 track days I'd think.

I would assume R-compound would only last about 8-10k miles on the street. If that. </TD></TR></TABLE>
not even close...prob about 2-3k miles..and they would prob wear incorrectly due to the fact that they have such soft tread and the negative camber/crap on the street would tear them up...they are just meant to be able to drive home with in case your trailer breaks lol

Or in case your car breaks and your roomie has a trailer, but your wheels don't fit over his brakes so you have to drive home on two of his r*compounds in his car. I LOVE YOU RYAN!

I have another question:
I just installed a Z10 traction bar on my Civic and now when I hit the brakes there's shuddering in the steering wheel. It's only when I'm braking from 60+ mph and it doesn't do it when I'm braking any slower or if I really mash on the brakes. I just turned the rotors and put new OEM pads on around 5,000 miles ago and haven't had any problems until now. The pedal doesn't shake/vibrate, only the steering wheel. I'm assuming it's either ball joints, bushings, or the caster's out-of-whack.
BTW, I did an alignment on it after I put the traction bars on and corrected the toe and I only have about 1 degree of negative camber on each side if it matters.

I snagged the broadway mirror off of the ridgeline before i traded it in.
A-spec gave power honda (me @ work) an awesome deal on some fit parts.
definate pick up in the mid range. perfect for the daily beater.

I was joking about selling it.... i went crazy on the oem parts ordering recently, so it should be ready for paint very very soon so that all the new moldings and bumpers can go on.
