nah, he has a RHD 97 mr2 thats in really good shape too. and this is FL. easy to register them here.
actually, he is a bastard. his wife's Is 300 was the prototype used by vortech to make the kit for the 04+ models so he only paid 1800 for the kit and the dyno time.
he has a 91 hatch too that he drives to work and back.

Cool, is that the only issue? I no longer have the stock fuel line/filter so that is not a concern.

while you may love that car, its from the "EK" generation and this is a thread concerning the "EF" generation of Civic. I put it in parenthesis because the term EF, EG, and EK are thrown around so loosly now and are accepted for the different generations of Civics...

depending on how you have your setup run you may have some interference issues.
also if you use an aem rail and regulator the return fitting from the regulator will not fit. you have to use an earl's tight clearance 90* elbow...that expletiveer costs $60

C'mon Knapp. I know Ben (HatchMo) knows that. You're the n00b to this thread, man. While this is the EF Discussion Thread, many life/car topics are discussed here. Don't come off as a *****.

This summer I plan on doing a security upgrade in my crx.
Right now I have a viper alarm with door lock solenoids, and an alram in the engine bay. I don't know anythig else about it, except that the brain is located in the dash below the cluster.
The plan:
-Upgrade to a 2 way paging alarm(viper most likely)
-Run a kill relay with the alarm
-Relocate the siren
-Add a tilt sensor
-Maybe a glass break sensor as well
-Install a backup battery
-Possibly a second siren in the cockpit
-Install the alarm brain in a stealth location
Do you guys have any suggestions, or ideas on how I could improve this setup?
I really want to have her on full lock down when I go to college, even though there is not alot of crime in the area.
Thanks.
-Chris
