usually cheaper than the Z6. and most of the time, easier to find. and it's not like z6's are any faster than the a6. despite what riceboys say.

I sold my b16 bottom end Sat. I was planning on painting my tranny getting all the new seals put in on Sunday, but I drank too much Sat. night so I spent the day watching tv.

Oh, I have an IM for an A6 that I'd sell for cheap. hint hint. I think it has the TB and injectors too.

A6 FTMFW!

the reason being is that you can make 300s on an A6 just as easy as an SOHC VTEC. there's no reason for VTEC if you can do this on an A6 setup.

Guys, I've got a question. It's been forever since I had to buy swap parts for my crx, and I forgot which throttle cable I have to run with my B18 in there. I assume I need to order a crx si one. Am I right?

chemist, if you are looking for a good balance between economy and fun, i would reccomend a jdm d15b w/stock p08 & wired properly with a 1 wire o2 sensor. They are slightly more costly with electronics but great mpg and vtec

the d15b pulls really well too. I have a buddy with one in an eg hatch and he's outrun gsr's before.

if youre looking for a cheap clutch that will last a decent amount of time, try pepboys (of all places)

they sell a brand called LUK. i usually get that for all beater setups if i cant get OEM.

i would think the y8 would. considering that the y8 manifold flows best. but thats my thought. isnt the a6 bottom end really strong though? thats the rumor ive heard

ive seen a few dyno charts showing that the z6 manifold makes more power than the y8.

really? i saw the super d build in one of the tuner magazines and they said the y8 makes the most. i guess it depends on the set up.

It was Honda Tuning. I suppose it depends on several factors though, and I believe it was only a few hp difference.

when i was peicing together my swap (also d15b), i had seen a mid 14 second slip for a Si trans + d15b

I have "heard" that the A6 head is the best flowing head
