If I can get a place to stay in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo. I will ride up to Canada, and kick his ***. I just can't make the trip in one day. It's like 400 miles from here.

I have thought about that but I talked to a friend who is a cop and he said that cops arent as dumb as you think. If they see that you dont have the exempt equipment on the vehicle its an instant impound which is worse than not having it BAR'd. This route is legal on paper but its not very practical.
As for detuning my current setup I dont think it will work since my compression is around 12:1. I still have my stock gsr cams though, if anyone has legally BAR'd a 12:1 setup please chime in, I know I can get away with still using a chipped ecu and mess with fuel mapping to try and sneak it by!

You pretty much need everything including your kitchen sink to pass smog in cali, its recockulous!

Yeah you need a charcoal can. Also, If you run too lean, you start raising your NOx readings (which happen at higher combustion temperatures), which you have to keep under a certain limit in CA as well. They measure HC, CO, and NOx.

So do you swap all that back in? Does having a wiretuck sometimes give issues with stuff deleted ? it almost seems like it would be best to have a spare gsr (Stock to the bone) and swap it in and do it that way, then swap it back out.
