All motor LS/VTEC would be alot more money and parts than a SOHC-T... plus single slammers are cheaper. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Boosted sohcs can be built for well under 1g and still be fun. IF you blow a block, who cares, there are only billions d16 bottoms just waiting to be boosted in some old babied sedan.

What bushing ES is fine for all but the trailing arm. For that go Mugen, or Spherical. I am having some Derlin solid bushings made for my LCAs, fr. and rr., plus the spherical TA bearings.

I was going to suggest spherical bushings but was too late. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess the TA ES bushings create too much movement? Why are they bad?

Too much lateral movement due to the free floating pin (not molded like oem/mugen) plus they dont turn like the oem, so they may bind. I was talking about for my rear lca bushings, they are kinda fucked. Oem trailing arms are only 66 a side with new oem bushings.

Exactly what i was thinking. I think I'm going to start my SOHC build soon.

Hypothetically speaking, let's say a guy has a EF hatch that has a cd player in it, and just bought a 96 accord for a daily driver. The accord has a tape player, and this guy is interested in swapping the cd player to the accord. Now, he knows he needs the adaptor harness from Best Buy for the cd player to plug into the accord, but how does he hook the tape player/radio into the EF? Hypothetically of course.

I think he worked on that Integra for a while and put the CRX on hold. Then came back to the CRX, trying to get ready for Time Attack, but that didn't pan out. This was recently.

He must be on my schedule.
1. I need an answer to my cd player question above.
2. How much are Si door panels worth? Decent shape, some dings from the pass. seat belt buckle. How much are the big black plastics worth that cover the rear wheel wells?

go to your local junk yard or Honda dealer and get a accord radio harness after that match up the wire colors and solder or but connect them together
I did the same thing with my integra harness onto my civic
the speaker wires are pretty much universal color for all Honda/Acuras from my experience

Anyone know what the differences between the factory 88-91 Civic Sedan tape players are? One had auto-rewind, one has auto-play, and one is Hi-Power and so on. Anyone have pictures? Anyone still have the factory tape decks?? I do, but my tape player quit working. I am interested in choices I have to replace this tape deck, but nothing aftermarket. Factory only.

Both those cars use the same connection. Their stereos should be completely interchangeable and plug and play. In fact, I have a 96 Accord factory CD in my 89 Wagovan. It plugs up and fits perfectly. If your aftermarked CD player was installed "the smart way", it already has a adapter harness between the head unit and the car's connector. If the car's stereo connector was hacked off and the head unit was wired up the "pain in the ***" way, you're gonna have to find a factory connector and re-wire it into your civic... then the Accord tape player should drop right in.

It was because I did it. I thought the new hondas had different radio plugs than the older ones. It sounds easy enough. Thanks guys.
