Wow just watched the local Ch.7 news and up in Riverside County they're "cracking down" on illegal street racers. Anyone with the slightest hint of a modified vehicle will be arrested and their car will be impounded. All because another person had died to street racing, but I don't think cracking down like that is gonna help much. These two guys got arrested for having a Pepboy intake in their singlecam Civic. And they even had the nerve to ask them if they ever engaged in street racing, IMO who the expletive would run a stock singlecam with an oh so intimidating intake. Stupid cops.

boy oh boy do i have a story to tell....

so me, my friend in his type-s and my friend in his tC are driving home from his cuzins smoothie place. i have my friends wife and niece in my car and we're just cruising down the street back home.

well this ******* in a riced out hatch pulls up next to me with his gf in his car and starts revving at me. me being cautious cause i have a 6 yr old in my back seat, i mind my own business. my friend in the dc5 notices that the guy is messing with me and so he pulls up next to the guy and gets in front of him to slow him down so he doesn't act all stupid and drive wrecklessly.

my friend in the tC is behind me and switches lanes to get behind the guy in the hatch. i pull up next to my friend and we're just cruising still. the guy in the hatch things he's freakin evil kanievel or whatever and in a 2 lane street tries to go inbetween my friend and i. my friend in the dc and i speed up so that the guy doesn't do anything stupid. and next thing i know we're doing about 60 in a 45.

my friends wife in the passanger seat is like..uhh wtf tight, and realizes theres a cop on the side street making a stop at the stop sign. i see the cop as well. hit my brakes and the cop flashes his lights at me and my friend. so at this point. we're scared as hell because we can't afford to get pulled over. my friend in the dc slows down, lets me in front of him and soon enough i see flashing lights and sirens. my friend in the tC has no license and a warrant out for his arrest. so we're scared as hell because we don't know who the cop is after. we turned on a side street, turned off our lights and start jammin out trying to get away from the cop.

i'm sitting in my car thinking damn hopefully none of us gets pulled over. we lost the copS (cause he called for back up) and i get over to my friends house taking all the back streets. my friends and i split up and make it back home safely. however, my friends mom who was also ahead of us, called us and told us they pulled over the idiot in the hatch cause he was dumb and turned off his headlights but was signaling and breaking instead of using his ebrake to slow down.


sooo pissed. we went looking for the guy for being such an idiot, but didn't find him. lucky him....and yeah that pretty much was how my night began...haha. stupid ricers.

yea man..like i said...carbon go jacked...and i didnt have my stock red hood with me so a friend let me borrow his hood since he had his carbon one on his ride...so the color of the hood matches his car and not mine..

hey, when u guys instal a c-pillar bar, do u have to trim alot off the cpillar trim??any of u guys have a close pic of how much they've cut the trim??

i think if you just pull it off then see where abouts the bolt sits behind the plastic then just use a hole saw
