Ah, about to go do some mild street tuning, getting antsy since it will be the first time the car crosses over. I checked P2V clearance about 4 times just to be sure lol, but it always makes me nervous on the first time.

Another not, I may be picking up a different set of wheels tonight to change up the look some till I get some gram lights or something.

What engine setup? Mine seems a bit louder with an open header. I drove it a few miles to seat the rings with it open and it made me want to cry it was so loud lol.

its a stock D16Z6. Just an intake. I had the exhaust disconnected trying to remove the cat for *cleaning* and got tired of getting rust in my eyes. The next logical step was to see how loud it was with open header.

DAMN

After 50 miles or so of gentle street tuning to get the driveability down, I finally laid into it.

Granted it's 600 lbs lighter but still, I only revved it to 8400 rpm's and it pulled harder than my old B16 did in my SI with a .57 trim and 7 lbs. I was ******* happy as hell. Can't wait to get this bitch on the dyno and tune for kill.

And then spray of course.

CHARLIE!!!!!! Dammit are you going to sell me some stickers or what man??

Cool man. I haven't even installed the fuel system for the spray yeat but I am loving how it feels all motor. Going to put another 30 or so miles on it today and then re adjust my valves.

if that. The lack of back pressure killed all torque everywhere.

Damn I am ready for this **** to be done. For three months now it has ruled my waking (and sometimes sleeping) life. Just finished installing the wideband and the block off plate. About to start tuning again to get rid of the little pinging I have in high gear below 3k and then do a few pulls to clean up the top end before going to the dyno this week.
