You are correct. A solo course is typically gonna be alot tighter than a road course hence the intense hand/steering wheel action on my part. However...a pro or top notch seasoned solo driver is gonna have better hands than me as shown with the video I posted of Mike Bronson. Sometimes it comes down to what works best for you and what car you're driving and what the course layout is.

I've been very happy with my Koni/GC suspension combo and have been punishing this exact setup since 2006, (three years on my 98 Civic Ex coupe and the past two years on my 93 Civic Cx hatch).

GC upper mounts in the front and stock in the rear. Yes...Koni has a lifetime warranty.

im not saying gabe has bad hands or leh has "good hands". just a 2:02.xx at vir in a "street car" is unreal in my opinion. the difference between the hands on a road course compared to autox is that you have to shuffle the wheel a ton in autox. while on track you should keep you hands in the same spot no matter what..which i dont. i have a real bad habit of shuffling which i got from karts. ff cars normally wont be as twitchy as a rwd or a high powered awd because those cars can have a tendency to throttle oversteer or have a bit more rotation. whereas in a ff car you can "drive through" the slip angle and sometimes full throttle at that.

about dampers. i wouldnt look at bunny clubs. after going koni/gc i wouldnt ever look "jdm" again to be honest unless it was a spoon setup or maybe mugen. pic is good but they are a smaller company so they do not keep as much stock as bigger companies like koni. i looked into pic because they are somewhat local and support alot of the smaller events like itr expo and wmhm. but the dampers i wanted werent in stock and he didnt really have a certain time frame on when they would be in. kw i would really like to try but at this point it would have to be give mes or a serious break in price. progress i hear more about their arbs than i do the suspension setups. i would guess they are like a pic.


thmotorsports is also a good place. they have competitive prices and they support the local "small" stuff too. those rates are pretty soft to me but would be comfortable for mostly everyone.

i think gabe posted what he runs which is a bit softer than what i run (550/650) but he also runs a rear bar which i do not. this year i will be upping the rates too (800/900). for anyone looking at tracking/autox i would look at their street/road course setup.


he is a good dude but when i got my set they sent the wrong lengths for the rear. i contacted him and told him the deal. he replied he was on vacation and to get back with him in x amount of days. i did and said no big deal ill buy the different length if you cut me a deal on them. then he just dissappeared...

Youre crazy. They could barely handle the Ravens when they played like ****. Ravens defense was weak after the second half and gave up a lot of points. Other than that, they would of lost. I personally dont think its because the Steelers offense "turned it up", its becasue the Ravens played shittier than normal. Anyone can see that the Packers played as a complete package team.
