Yeah...like Brad said...I'm no pro. I'd like to think my hand work has gotten better since then too.
Here's one of our local Pro Driver (Mike Bronson's) hands...he's always fast too.

I love my itty-bitty wheel. I've had one in each of my three Honda Civics since 1998.

Damn, I had a picture of my car when we had a really big storm here in Iowa a few years ago, but I cant find it.
Got my ek console mocked up today. Really cold outside so I went back inside. Pretty pleased, but I have a few things to make it look better and what not.

now realise that all of these top cars are full out race or time attack cars which are on slicks..full adjustable suspension..aero..etc. not to mention they are in cars with full cages with buckets/harnesses. lol. leh keen did some work.
this is a direct copy and paste from fbook. i could go into more detail but this is the shortest version possible.
newleaf. came from my bmx past. me and my buddies had a thing called eleventeen. a couple of our buddies parents had a sticker company. so we got stickers made and gave them out. one buddy wanted to do something new called newleaf. as in turning a new leaf. we all kind of went different directions and a few/alot of years later once i started tracking my car i figured i would try to get something together. so at that point that is what it is.

I watched the above posted videos (except the last one because it wouldn't load) and I must say it is quite difficult comparing Gabe's hand style to Lee's (Amateur/Pro) . I know I'm no professional but I am able to grasp the fact that there are so many variables to explain the differences between the two. The way I think of it is that Gabe is in a FF car, no power steering and on a tighter course with more acute angle entries for cornering. While on the other hand: Lee's video on VIR has more swooping curves, with power steering and an all wheel drive car. This is not to discredit either driver but to state my belief that hand positioning amongst other things is directly related to the drivers ability to position his or herself more comfortably with the vehicle he or she is in. I'm not attempting to start any arguments or non-constructional debates so no one please take it that way.
On another note, I guess I have to get ready for this auto-x season. Ive been debating on either: Buddy Club N+/Koni yellows & Ground Control Coilovers (with tophats)/ Or Progress Technology. Anyone who has experience on any of these let me know. Right now I hear the most about Koni/GC and must say they are looking mighty good.

I just got done reading the Progress Sale thread and I like the information provided. Their setup seems good as well but I dont like the 1 yr limited warranty (I believe Koni has a lifetime one if I'm not mistaken). I always thought pillow mount top hats were better than the stock ones but they state otherwise. Blah, so much thought.....
Both Gabe and Brad run GC/Koni. I as well have been looking to branch out and get some coils because I think this season Id like to take autox and road racing pretty serious. I was going to do this in my crx, but I have recently decided Im going to do this in the hatch. Just let the crx sit for now to drive around for fun.
Anyways, I have been looking at other coilovers to run, and I cant seem to find anything as good or comparable to gc/koni in that price range.

OR
You can get custom setups.

I have been debating on PICS. My buddy just bought FnF type 2s. He said he likes them but wants something with rebound adjustability. He said he toss me the basically brand new FnF type 2s for 700. Id rather see myself in some PICs or GC/Koni.
Just college student broke right now. Bahaha.
