Looking to upgrade a bit, my Bianchi Pista just isn't cuttin' the mustard anymore.

Any input if the Surly Steamroller would be a decent upgrade? Mind you I'm not looking for a ***** out track geometry bike. Looking for something I can get to work on quickly and be able to comfortably put 25+ miles on during a ride with my shaved leg road friends.

Some VERY nice bikes in here guys.

I just assume that every single car is going to intentionally try and hit me and avoid them in the best way I see possible. That sucks *** though man, hope you're okay.

The way I see it the cops will never side w/ you so it's basically hopeless. I've read so many horror stories on the XXfixed.com sites where people get hit and file police reports and jack **** ever happens. So dumb.

Very true, but I get so sick of seeing this kinda stuff typed that I don't even bother trying to explain it. But yes a more experienced rider will do a number of things to remove him/herself from such a situation.

I've been wanting a fixie for awhile now and finally found an oldie I thought I would make into one. Just picked it up tonight a couple hours ago. Its a Peugeot. I started pulling parts off of it already. I hope you guys approve it. heh I'm debating if I want to keep those bars or go to a flat bar.

My standover height is about .5" off your face, just enough room to tea-bag
