that's really all in what the rider is comfortable with. there is no "right" way to do it.
angled down does put unneeded stress on the wrong places...but, if that's what the rider is comfortable with...who the **** are you to say it's wrong?

This is true, but my wrists/shoulders/neck sure seem to thank me for having a level seat position.

don't worry kids. daddy was able to adjust his seat after swapping all the parts from a different bike.

it's straight up....wrong. I have NEVER seen ANY properly setup bicycle with an angled down seating position. Some things are subjective....some aren't

Rare/old Sansin NJS hubs 110mm rear spacing, doesn't technically fit teh frame. I used some washers for the pic. Laced to Saavedra Turbo hoops w/ some black steel spokes.
