I totally agree! I love my 92 hatch but the little **** like noises, squeaks, random leaks every now and jsut drives me crazy!!

I don't think I'll ever get rid of it but i can't wait for a NEW car, like NEW, not USED!! :D

Hehe, yeup, I'm going through that right now. But it feels so nice when it's all fixed and running like a top. I'm holding onto mine for a very long time. Too much money, sweat and dreams about that car. I still can't stop staring at it sometimes. Exhaust is getting a makeover very soon, I have the parts. Hopefully I'll actually keep it this time around (unlike my exmag, 5zigen, and stock systems)

 

Nice, I liked my hatch. It was a fun little car for a DD, especially with the B16 in it. It would of probably need about $2000 to make it right so it wouldn't **** me off. That would include a new paint job...

The key is to have the EG AND another car to drive. I'm loving my '06 Element and the EG is resting in the garage. Yeah, the upgrade pace is slower with a car payment, but I was never in a rush (since I've been sitting on a k20a2 for 5 years already....but I digress).

I do admit, sitting in the EG the other day...way cooler than E....just a fact.

Agree agree and agree! These cars are really fun to drive when they run good. Even if its bone stock, unless you have a D15B7/B8 lol. I love them and I'm never getting rid of mine either. Might as well go all out!

 

Yes totally... I mean, it took me a solid 3 years to build the motor from stock d15b8 to ls-v, increases cornering power and also tackle interior details etc to where when I sit down in it, I am quite SATISFIED with how it looks ... (which is an accomplishment cuz i'm usually never totally satisfied, you know, we all have our bar set somewhere up there)... other than another Stock OEM transplant in a far far away future (maybe CTR/ITR), the car is fine as is... There is still body work and paint to be done, but that can wait...

Like u said though Steve, It would be a whole lot easier if i had another DD as it would make the working on the EG a lot easier and less painful... it's hard to fix/restore a car when u use it daily! LOL! it's like wear&tear > daily grind!

Oh well, one day...

i think i'm used to having them for so many years now that it's different without them on the bumper...

(don't mind the cheesy plate relocation...my friend shaved his mounting holes...)
