No more bra?

 

Just sold it to Haylex today so he can have it for a long drive he'll be doing soon, to keep his fresh new paint from being destroyed. So it's being sent to Australia tomorrow.

In the future, i'll have to source another one. And luckily I just found my front "H" emblem, I took the bra off and forgot where I had placed it.

Sounds like your alternator man. Or, hold your ear next to the vc and listen for valvetrain noise. If your getting some head noise, you are gonna need to get a valve adjustment or do it yourself. It sounds exactly like my old ef daily did, and it was the alternator.

 

which sound? the rattle? or the overly loud valvetrain? Check your oil?

Could just be old lma's. It happens overtime. Mine is pretty loud. My daily gets really loud when i'm low on oil. Thats when i know when to add oil lol

 

The knocking sound when I get in the car. Valves have been adjusted a few times, on the tight side of spec, oil's fine, just a very noisy valvetrain. I made a thread in the 92-00 section...onto more pics....
