^^Ya as others said, completely depends on the suspension setup. Being lower will create a relatively worst ride either way, but with cheap suspension components it would be worlds worst than a quality setup.

i ended up getting custom CNC'd spacers made to correct my car from being too low. At the highest setting (before i load the crap out of the springs), i was tucking tire. i couldn't track or daily the car like that so i had these made:

^^Very cool idea man, where did you get them/have them fabricated at? I daily my car as well, 30 min. drive to work and same back so I definitely prefer not being very low.
^correct! any machine shop should be able to make this on a lathe or a CNC. 
all you need is to make sure the hole is big enough to clear the original top-hat and then the extended studs to replace the original ones (press in and press out with a bench vise).
they cost me quite a bit in the end, but it was worth it to me
