Alright so i snapped a few pics the other day of my sedan. Better than those "JDM" pics i posted a few days ago. Too bad the motor blew last night!!!
If anyone can think of any reason as to why a motor would clank with the RPM's and still run smooth and strong as hell LET ME KNOW!!! Anyways here's some pics...

Hmm, the DA that I'm getting has 214,000 miles. He wants to sell for $1700. The car just needs a new reservoir and new corner lights.
The interior is clean and all, driver side seat has a rip. But that's typical. The ceiling is very clean. What should I ask the price for?
The paint is also clean too.

Sounds like rod knock to me. I'm not sure how you decided that it's still "running smooth" if it's clanking...

Well the rpms were steady as normal, nothing erratic or hesitation. No bogging down or shutting off or anything like that either. Anyways...
I put it on the lift today and started looking things over from underneath and noticed the was a threaded part of a bolt stickin out between the tranny and the block. To say short, there was only 1 pressure plate bolt still in place!!!! The rest were clanking around in the bottom of the tranny case!!! That's what i get for taking the car to a shop instead of doing it myself!!!

"Why whats wrong with the B16"
I bought it from HMO almost exactly a year ago.
And the rings are bad. So I sold the long block + ecu for $715 with bad rings
Uh.........I forgot to mention its not all stock B18 with B16 tranny
RS 90 DA
No P/S
No A/C
LS Ported Head, and block. Fully Rebuilt 0 miles. Possible forged internals
With a B16 tranny.
Cold air Intake,
Header,
Magna flow Exhuast,
ES Motor mount inserts
6Puck clutch kit
7lb Fidanza flywheel ( Thats 13 lbs off the stock flywheel)
susp. etc...
I think mid 14's is correct. I think more torq and a lil less hp will get me there.
Mid 14's In my dreams...? I dought it.

i still dont think so.. but hey u never know and 7lb flywheel just cause its 13lbs lighter dont mean its better your actually loosing torque off of that
