Yah! I too want one. But no room at my town house.

My bicycle is my DD. My car stays in the garage. Good exersize on a bmx! And insurance is too much! I'm saving $160 on insurance every month because I don't have insurance anymore.

There are definitely some nice rides out there. I have a 92 GS/RS (Not sure) that I use as my daily. Lately I've been getting the bug to make her a little easier an on the eyes and clean up/update some of the now 15 year old components.

(Let me preface this with the following: I'm not a dreamer, **** talker, etc... If I want something, I do it. How long it takes is another story. Just go look at my pro stock drag car if you need proof...even though I'm still working on it. )

Here's what's on my shopping list:
New moldings (Thin for the doors, around the front, rear, and back seat windows,
roof/rain channel and maybe the trim for the door windows)
New Paint. Same color, just a refresher. I want the moldings, handles and mirrors done too. (ala GSR)
Springs/Struts (GC/Koni is what I'm thinking of)
Energy Bushings
New axle(s) (I need at least one)
Install new antenna
New Steering wheel (Not sure which one)
Side skirts (VIS Mugen style)
Front and possibly rear lip
16's (While I'd love some Nezarts or MR5's, polished Jmags or Slips will be just fine. I dont' want too much stuff on here to get the theives going crazy)
LS/Vtec swap/upgrade

Now, it's a huge laundry list and wasn't listed in order that I want to do things. I'm looking for a little advice and maybe some recomendations if anything I have on here isn't a good choice (for legit reasons, not brand reasons).

It's a little rough now, but the interior is clean and I love driving it.

well, about 90% of the DA's on here look good in pictures...but when you see it in person, it's a whole different story. pictures can hide A LOT of flaws. most DA's out there are BEAT!

jason's DA does not fall into that category...

there's only a handful of DA's/DB's that are really that stunning in person and i can call at least 3 of them, "good/great friends"...

we didn't just buy these DA's recently and started rebuilding with them...
jason has had his DA since around 93-94 and i've had mine since 91. we try to keep our DA's as original as possible with as many original parts that came on our cars when we bought them...and if we do have to replace a part, we try to buy new oem parts...be it original paint or that little oem 10mm bolt with cadnium coating that the average builder does not even the notice or care about...we're **** about the attention to details. our DA's haven't changed much since the early-mid 90's...just constantly improving little things here and there...

don't get me wrong, our cars aren't flawless, it's just harder to find them since we kept our cars clean from day 1.
we're just too damn passionate about the DA/DB chassis and all 86-2000 hondas in general...

Ya, that pretty much sums it up. Took the words right out of my fingers.

And NO, DAve's car (mugendaxsi) is not lost in space, its lost in lazyness (on blast!). He is just too tired to pick up the phone and call his friend J who has offered a hundred times to get his **** back on track! That car could be back on the road in two weeks if you tried and you know it!

Thanks for the respect guys!
J.

Dan,
At least gas isn't expensive right now . The EVO looks good, I've been paying close attention to the EVO market and I love yours without the wing.

Looks like you have an RS with GS/GSR Wheels.

You have manual windows and locks, and no sunroof, my best guess is an RS.

Nice EP3 by the way, i'm trying to get one of those as we speak.

I love the Hiro Wing...but some ignorant people would say ,"Why do you have a supra/combat/comando wing on there?"

I wouldn't care though...another member has the full kit.

The DA replaced the EP. It was a lease.
