It's the actuator that mounted to the latch assembly. It must be for a SEDAN as I researched it and they are different from a hatchback. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about:



Also in need of a full set of mudflaps for my DA9 (hatchback for those unsure). My stupid *** removed them like 2 years ago and I must have thrown them out... They were mint too.

Like I said before I will gladly pay someone extra for these parts if mint or in great condition. Very willing to make it worth the sellers effort.


Lastly.... the DA9 with the RPF1's is primo. Love it!

I wouldn't worry about cams that much because stock cams will be fine, if not throw some PRO1s at it.
Common and capable are two different things here, just remember because someone else has done it, doesn't mean you can do it.

Nothing wrong with only reving to 8k, if it makes power, it makes power!
So what's the word on your car, last I remember you were working through some issues.

i agree and disagree. for some reason i liked my DA alot more. mostly cause i put a lot of work in it but the g35 ohh man its gotta lot of power for a sedan and all the options it has is great. i love the nav! no more tomtom suction cupped to my windshield! i still love the DA but i needed something reliable for work cause i drive alot. also its sucks on gas

 

Yeah I'm going for more in the 800 range.

 

I had a G35...didnt like it. Sold it and bought a 2004 BMW 325i instead. I would still rather drive my DA over the my BMW but thats just me.

i enjoy my G35, definitely take it over a 325i for sure. I loved driving my DA though, still miss it to this day, wish i would have just been able to have both haha

 

I loved my DA, but nothing screams like a 3.5L v6 with a nice exhaust on it.

 

same here man i got friends with 3 series bmw's and my g35 is faster and more options then most of them. haha and i also really wanted both but i think it'll be easier to buy an integra when i already own the g35

very clean man! in my opinion you can never go wrong with the oem look. tow hooks/bike racks/little "jdm" things make me sick and are over doing it.

 

Yea thats exactly what i was looking for when i was buying a car, this car was less money for more options, to find another luxury sedan with heated seats, navigation, reclining rear seats etc you'd have to spend a good amount. Honestly though i still want an ls430UL ***** boss
