na i just wanna get this out of the way so i can go on to the next dream. i was just saying that my wife isnt happy about it but its something i gotta do. this past year has been rough and i need to do a little soul searching right now. i dont have kids right now so now is the time to do it. its only 5 months. i got the rest of my life to do the rest.

Front should go down some more and the exhaust looks like it hangs a little low. If it was hung a little closer to the bumper, it'll look good. Work on that rake though then you'll be set !

 

Yeah i just raised the back up about an inch, so now its fixed and i have to be raised up for the speedbumps here at my school. And the exhaust does hang pretty low because of the hangers, one of the rubber ones just ripped on me

Depends on your opinion. I think acting on a dream is the best way to fully take advantage of life regardless of your situation. I love my wife but i look at it like this: you came in this world alone and you're gonna end up leaving that way as well.

did those calipers come in yet? just wanted to tell you that those pads are not good for street! they will squeel like a bitch if you use them in dd situations.

 

Yeah everyone has their opinions thats why i didnt want to go further into it because i realized i was stating my own opinion and it doesnt benefit the situation he's in. Everyone is different, to him, thats what he needs to be happy, for me, i love being around my family. So although we dont see eye to eye, i still give him respect for doing what he's got to do, i hope that his wifes love for him is strong enough that she can be happy knowing that his dreams are being fulfilled

 

I will def be posting some pics. Just got 2 job offers there so hopefully all works out. Sucks cause I've been trying to get into Boeing for a while and I heard the FBI just busted a huge group of people that were selling pills in the company so allot of jobs should be opening up soon. If I get an offer I will prolly come back. Been trying to get in there for a year now.

what's up everyone, on the topic we are all talking about, I was bad growing up, everyone that has met me would not have ever thought that I spent pretty much my whole juvenile life behind bars, I realized how stupid it was and started working and stopped beating people up.

I work at a lumber company during the day, I make pretty good money there, about 45 hours a week, then I have a part time job at pep boys, where I work 25-30 hours a week. I love my life now, as opposed to 10 years ago, I would not even think this is where I would be. I have a beautiful woman, (almost) all the cars that I want, and a beautiful house. I wish I could go back and finish school and go to college, that would make my life complete. sorry for the rant fellas....

im pretty jealous of all of you guys job/careers, i finally landed my first 'real' job at 21 working at the dollar tree that my buddies dad manages. ive only been there about 5 months but ive already worked my way up to head stocker/floor supervisior/cashier and have been told that im the best cashier in the store by many customers. im sure that i could easily make assistant manager in a few months because i already have 4 stockers underneath me that i have trained and supervise. But i am also going to college full time to attain my automotive degree and hopefully somehow land a job building cars for a living. working 30 hours on a good week at 8 bucks an hour isnt really cutting it right now, let alone allowing me to transform my DA into what i have envisioned in my head, but i do try to buy a few parts or body work materials whenever i get paid so its coming along slowly.

sorry for the drunken rant, its been a very long day. hah

And my two closest friends are in the auto biz.
1 works at a Speed/Race shop which only works on Porsche, Lambo, Ferrari, BMW, etc.
He isn't as happy as you would think due to pay and having to pay for mistakes if they occur. However there are some weekends like this weekend where he is "working" at VIR because some customers are doing DE there.

Another worked at a Honda Dealership and HATED it, so he left and ended up starting his own business working with realitors and banks to do maintenance and random stuff on homes and properties.
He now works part time at a speed shop and loves it.

Guess it all depends on what makes you happy.
