how do you take out a halfshaft? the shaft from the tranny to the driverside axle. i saw
like two bolts that hold it, but once i take those off does it just slide out the tranny??

I am having trouble removing the driver's side CV axle joint from the half shaft. i have tried prying with many different sized pry bars and screwdrivers, hitting it with a mallet and trying to jiggle it off. can anyone give me some insight on how to remove this.

matt did you get one from distributor kings? i've seen a lot of guys on here use them with luck

taking the half shaft off might be what you gotta do. 3 bolts hold it on n it just slips right out of the tranny
