so i did an obd0 to obd1 conversion and now the DA wont start lol
i think i might need a distributor and some other things

 

^ did you even change the dizzy to start? a obd0 dizzy wont work on obd1 and up ecus.

just finished working on my 3000gt and after 4 hours for alternator swap all i can say is I LOVE MY DA lol

 

Haha hey same here! Before i even had my license i would always doodle DA's also. That was 2 years ago. Until this year i finally got one and i even before i got it i day dream day after day about how i would like my DA to be like. Cosmetic and Performance wise but i made up my mind im just going to make it look really nice. Probably a few basic mods like i/h/e but atm im currently all bone stock except a b16 tranny with a stage 2 clutch with lightweight flywheel. Everything else is stock.

 

Which is why I don't paint!! I'm butt hurt!
I'm just gonna spray it over with black, lol!
Don't like how the color turned out anyway.

HondaTurbo, anything is possible just depends on how much time and money you want to put into it.
This is probably a cheap product but could be worth it in the mean time or help you create the bend you need to show someone so they can weld you a real dump.

lol its not that hard to paint really. but when you redo it, make sure you strip all the old **** off first. i love the aircraft stripper for doin valve covers

Resprayed my valve cover today. Turned out well. Its a wrinkle gunmetal metallic. Looks nice and simple. No clear this time though.

Hey guys, just remembered I have a spoiler sitting here taking some space at my house, its an OEM XSi one, had this for like 2-3 yrs already, sold both of my DAs and never got to put it on, not looking for any big amount of money, but a fair price, its the one w/the 3rd brake light (LEDS) its painted white...

If any1 is interested just let me know, I would post some pics tomorrow just in case any1 wants to have it, again, not shooting for a big amount on this item, its just taking space here doing nothing, so my lost is UR gain pretty much...

had a bit of trouble trying to fit a (whale's *****) intake. I took the battery out just to see if it fit. Its the intake meant for the EG but it should fit because ive seen it done in a DA. However, it hit hard against some weird thing next to the brake master. But yer. Is there any way to make it fit?

 

^ it's the proportioning valve for the brakes, just move it.
