some idiot rear ended my girl's e90 bmw.
he had no insurance, no license, and had a warrant out for his arrest.
since the dude had no insurance and he's now in jail, her insurance has to cover the damages.
make sure whoever rear ends you has car insurance... or a condom on

I had a hunch you got the carbon fiber roof overlay after you were asking for help to remove the roof moldings, I knew it !
BTW, how did you end up removing 'em? I'm thinking about getting one of those overlays myself so I can get rid of the sun roof.

Thanks Matty, I hope you can join us next time!
Suren, yeah, that's the reason.
The corner windshield moldings come out sorta strange. You gotta pull the top piece straight out from the center line of the car. The metal piece will slip off of the rubber/plastic it's wrapped around. Wiggle it a little to get the rubber/clip from the underside of the molding to loose where it snaps under the windshield. Then slide the whole metal piece upwards and off of the rubber/plastic which that end is wrapped around.
The the rain rails come out pretty easily too. Push them forward, they should slide about a half inch. Then start at the front and try to put your fingers under the inner edge of the molding. Rock it back and forth (towards and away from you while you're standing at the side of the car) as you pull upward. The clips should come out w/o breaking. I ended up breaking one clip - the first one, then after that I figured out how to do the "rocking" to get 'em to come out.
I wouldn't recommend iSport, which is the company I got my roofcap from, and unfortunately the only company I know of currently making them. The quality of mine is horrible. But hey, it helped me lose the worst possible 35lbs on the car.
