DA Integra's Only
Appreciate it. i have actually googled it and came up with so much contradictory info that i wanted ot see what known heads are stamped. i have always got the date part but what throws me for a loop is the pr3-x part.
just came up on some unexpected money...so its time to drop some money on the integra and just wanted to know what swap i should drop into the DA...its gonna be a daily driver and with some spirited driving in between im stuck on b20/b20vtec or gsr..just kinda wanted some suggestions and input from past experiences and not just "FTW" thanx

wish I was in your place, in here It's hard to find rear mudflaps even at the junkyard it's always front so I just used the '90-'91 rear mudflaps on my '92 rear bumper..

we would have know what your budget is and what your current power plant is. No matter what if you're going to switch to another motor i would suggest getting a shorter geared tranmission as well. That being said, the b20 motor would be the cheapest, you could probably source one for like $400 and it would be a direct swap, doing b20vtec or gsr you'd want to convert to obd1 (if you're not already) and get a proper ecu and tuning, a b20 is just "plug and play"
Sometimes you can pick up a cheap gsr engine, that might need a little work for a good price. Personally i think the b18c1 is where it is at, for the price. LSV or B20V or known for being unreliable only because people dont put any money into the bottom end and pay for it in the end. Personally i hear building a b20V properly to be very expensive, and i would just stick to the b18c1.
Just a look Americans are obsessed with at the moment. JDM is sorta like the car rolled out of a factory in Japan with all the weird accessories like mud flaps, cup holders, car bra etc. It extends to performance parts too, wheels which look clean and not like big chromes or fast and the furious 1 looking cars.
Correct me if I'm wrong, I took off the mud flaps and other odd plastic stuff off my car, so I'm probably not by any means the best JDM rep out there
