The Greddy or Golden eagle block adapter is your new best friend
Golden Eagle
Greddy
Basically..you mount this thing inbetween your oil filter and your block. Than there are ports on the adapter where you can run the oil pressure sender along with the oil feed line to the turbo if you want to get rid of the T-fitting setup.

IMO Don't cheap-out now. I have seen brass T's break off in the block.
I use the GE sanwich with sending unit in one port and turbo feed in the other
