how much boost is safe to run on an 96 h22a motor on stock internals,and which one is better turbo or supercharger for a daily driven car looking around 250whp.

 

depends on turbo selection

 

need more info like the turbo you want to run and the rest of your setup... But with a average size turbo like a t3/t04e or something similar no more than 6-8psi of boost... I was running that turbo and my stock motor died on 10psi... make sure you get good engine management system like hondata and get it tuned really well...

 

i was thinking about a t3/to4b turbonetics turbo.running around 8psi with stock internalswould that be any good or might my motor blow,and how much whp woul i gain approximently.thanx
